3.Wide variety of product lineup
Standard chuck diameters of 3/4/6/8/10 inches are available. Large size (12 inches) is also available as an option. Also, we can offer a wide variety of products, such as 2-jaw type, stationary type for machining centers, through-hole type, etc. An automatic lubrication type that supplies oil mist to the inside of chuck body to reduce wear of sliding parts and prevent intrusion of dust is also available as an option.
4.High functionality
Thanks to its built-in air cylinder design, you can use the chuck simply by supplying compressed air. Fine adjustment of clamping force can be easily performed by adjusting air pressure. Center-through coolant function and auto eject function are also available as options. Optional QC (quick change) jaws achieve high accurate jaw exchange with quick and highly repeatable setup changes.
