3. This chuck clamps workpiece by elastic deformation of diaphragm.
4. Excellent repeatability and roundness are achieved by diaphragm and 6-jaw design.
5. Top jaws close in pull-down direction so workpiece is clamped by top jaws on a stopper in close contact.
6. Thanks to its built-in air cylinder, fine adjustment of clamping force is possible. Clamping deformation of workpiece is minimized, even if it’s thin-wall workpiece.
